Our couples therapy is tailored to your unique needs, providing a safe and supportive environment for all types of relationships, whether you’re in a heterosexual, gay, lesbian, polyamorous or non-binary partnership. Couples sometimes come to us feeling disconnected, stuck in repetitive fights that never seem to resolve. We understand how frustrating and lonely this can be, and we're here to help you break free from these cycles.
Our services range from short-term skill-building sessions focused on improving communication and intimacy to longer-term, dynamic approaches that explore deeper relationship dynamics. We offer both activity-based counselling to help you reconnect and enjoy each other again, and more in-depth therapy that generally lasts 5-8 months, depending on the couple and scheduling.
Our therapy sessions help you gain insight into your relationship patterns, explore healthy ways to express your needs and feelings and build a foundation of mutual understanding and respect. Our goal is to help you develop flexibility and understanding of each other's expectations, moving towards openness, acceptance, and finding a middle path.
Our approach involves creating a safe space in session to discuss challenges and difficult feelings in a healthy way, ultimately helping you reconnect and strengthen your relationship.
