Cancellation policy:
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. You can be set up to get both email and text reminders at 24 hours so if you cannot make the appointment you can let your therapist know at that time.  If we get less than 24 hours notice of a cancellation we still charge for the session. This does not include an emergency. Please talk to your therapist about examples of an emergency.
 

Discliamer:
We are not able to offer emergency/crisis services.  Please call 911, talk to your family doctor or go to your local hospital when needed.
